So I just bought a !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , and it seems like its good quality,
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
I don't own a gopro though, so I bought a !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! because my contour+ case has a tripod screw on the bottom

unbeknownst to me, I thought at least one of them had this

they are just fasteners. if you can find an allen bolt with the same thread and what not, you can use that instead. its what I did.

you can use a screw that fits the thread I guess lol

Are you referring to the thumb screws?

probably would save a ton of money just buying an allen bolt and using an allen wrench, the stupid thing probably costs 20 bucks from gopro, and about 50 cents at the hardware store.

yea. go=pro 'official' stuff is crasy expensive. I'm 1/2 debating using my old 960 as a dashcam and picking up a drift or something for v-logging

I think I bought a kit from GoPro that had a bunch of extra shit in it.

I bought my camera for 50 bucks at a yard sale working flawlessly, it didn't have a memory card in it or a miniUSB cable, I had an old miniUSB cable laying around, and I paid 13 bucks for a 16 gb microSD card, for some reason, back in 2011 when it was released, it cost $500 which was without the waterproof case, the waterproof case was another 50 bucks, I got mine with the waterproof case for 50 bucks, and had a really nice working camera for $63 after I got the SD card.

I'm probably just gonna go to the hardware store tomorrow to find the right length and thread.

the reason I didn't buy an official chest mount was because it was 40 bucks, I paid like $6.99 for this one that was reviewed really well

I think I bought that kit similar to this.

It's nice to have the extra arms, too.

Try M5x0.8 first. I think *think* it's the correct size. If not, it should be around a #10. I seem to remember I used a button head one time when I was making a crazy long adapter and wanted to use what I had around the house.

Ooh, thanks!!! I'm gonna hopefully go get it tomorrow morning, hopefully 1 little Allen bolt won't be expensive.

It's kind of like playing with LEGO sometimes. "All I need is one more of these _____ pieces for this shot"

I would, I have literally $1.65 to to my name currently, I could send you money for a stamp or something, almost all of my money is made between march to october (I mow lawns), and the money I usually get from my grandparents for christmas and my birthday (in november) I didn't get this year because they gave me it early to help me buy me car.

If you think you can send it via a postage stamp, I could send you a self-addressed stamped envelope or something.
